• The customer bears the shipping cost of returning the product unless the return is due to an error from Lazood or the product arriving damaged/defective.

3. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions, a full refund of the product value will be issued.
• Refunds do not include the original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error from Lazood or the product arriving damaged/defective.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
• The refund amount may take time to appear in your bank account or on your payment card, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

• In the case of receiving a damaged or defective product, you have the option to exchange it for the same product or replace it with an equivalent product.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt through customer service.
• In this case, Lazood will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange process.

5. Exceptions

• The return policy may not apply to certain sensitive products such as food items, personal care products, or any products explicitly stated as non-returnable in their description.
